Leaders

Some are born leaders while some a reluctant leaders. Recent changes in my organization clearly shows the leaders at the top. These are the leaders who have yet to gain my respect. Maybe its too early to say but I think the organization really needs a leaders

Few weeks before the whole drama on collaboration, I was presenting to a group of tech staff. The first thing they asked was that am I the next MD. I laughed. Knowing what I know now, it was not an incorrect response. Its hard to be a leader when you are tied to the whole politics of Malaysia.

I am a born leader or at least that’s I want to believe. It is hard to follow clueless leaders and therefore, I am seeking new experiences.
