growing

how i wish the title of this blog means growing in fortune. actually i have grown bigger as compared to last year. i felt ‘big’ and the pants are a bit tight 🙂

going back to the root cause, i suspect its my new schedule. mathematically speaking, i consume more than i spend. another way of looking at this, i eat the same amount of food but spend less energy thus there is a deficit which translate to higher body fat content.

plan of action? eat less and do the same exercise hhahaha
