brain is a funny thing. it needs constant feedback. without it, it will not change and thus makes us obsolete. there is nothing wrong about being obsolete, but it may not be a good thing as well

coming back to feedback, honest objective feedback are the best especially if its coming from the people you trust. thanks for the feedback.
