It’s here again…gout

I thought my workout on Saturday was the source of me limping today. It was gout. The workout must have triggered something that causes my ankle to swell and hurts like hell. I spent the whole day sitting down and not doing much.

When you are sick, what do you do? Watch TV, what else. I rarely spend so much time on the sofa watching the idiot box. I figure I watched from 3pm to day up to 11pm. That’s 8 hours of mind numbing activity. I have no choice, can’t walk so better just lay there and torture my brain cells. I believe few millions died today (brain cells la) out of sheer boredom and another few millions died of stupid tv programs.
