Discipline is key in being successful. Heard a talk by Dato Seri Nazir yesterday and he indirectly mentioned exactly that. His 7 key success factors are not dissimilar to mine. He just reminded me of the core values and success levers I have been using in the past and current.

Key Message: I need to change to move forward. Simple

Nothing like a good reminder once awhile. During my talk to leadership team yesterday, I share on how key principles are being applied. I hope they listen as I reflect a lot from Nazir’s talk yesterday.
