warm

this week is my last week in an organization. its hard to describe the feeling. i am a bit sad, relieved, and happy at the same time. i am sad because i have invested 7 years of my life n this organization and have built many friendships. the warmth of the people is amazing although they can be feisty at times.

i am a bit relieved as the pressure to keep turning around the company is quite high but without directions, it would be doubly impossible. i am not comfortable personally

i am happy as i am moving into a new field that’s challenging. i am built for such challenges and i hope it will work out well. its important to report to a good boss. cross fingers.

i had many farewell dinners and lunches and it’s nice. thanks guys for doing it. dato azman called just now. he was informed that i am leaving! i thought the management has updated the board on changes in the structure etc. obviously not la. anyhow, i told datuk azman where i am going. hopefully this will work out.
