sick

have not been well since last week. sore throat, flu and spinning headache. doc told me i have high blood pressure at this moment. heasked that i see him again next week to confirm. i may have to take med for the rest of my life. been delaying this for over 10 yers. finally it catches up to me. it a sign. i need to further simplify my life.
